Ordering Online

How do I order online?
To order, browse www.store.coopers.com.au products and select the product you intend to buy, select the relevant size, quantity and colour and "add to cart".

To "check out" go to "My Cart", ensure your order details are correct and click on "Checkout" and follow the steps:

  • Your Details: enter your delivery information, click "next"
  • Payment Details: enter your credit card details, click "next"
  • Confirm and pay 


What are the payment options I can use?
We accept VISA and Mastercard


When will my order be placed?
We aim to despatch your order within 2 business days (excluding public holidays) i.e. if you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will be despatched the following Monday or Tuesday. If Monday is a public holiday your order will be despatched on Tuesday or Wednesday.


What if I enter the incorrect delivery address?
We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect address (or any details) being entered on your order. Please ensure you confirm your address at ‘Confirm and Pay’ page in the checkout section of the site. Should you need to change your address after submitting your order, please contact Customer Service immediately at store@coopers.com.au or 1300 304 938.

Attempts will be made to update any incorrect order details, however, due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, if your order has been despatched it cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order has been despatched and cannot be updated, your order will be cancelled and returned to the warehouse and re-shipped. We reserve the right to charge administration and re-shipping fees.


Can I cancel my order?
If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.


How can I receive free shipping?

From Tuesday 14 February 2012 until stocks last, The DIY Beer Recipe of the Month - Fruit Salad Ale Recipe Pack will incur no shipping fees. Free shipping offer is only available on the Fruit Salad Recipe pack to deliveries within Australia. Limited stock, offer available until recipe packs sold out. All other products will incur shipping fees even if they are purchased in the same transaction as the Recipe Pack.

Can I collect  my order?
There is no option to collect your orders. Distribution of our products is from a warehouse that is not set up for customer collection.

I would like something that is not on your website?

Our Coopers Store online is updated on a daily basis. All stock levels and products are up to date. For new product updates sign up to The Order of Coopers to receive the monthly e-Newsletter or join us on Facebook and Twitter.
