Returns Policy

What if I change my mind about a product?
You can return any item within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of that item, or exchange. We will happily exchange or refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them, so long as the goods are returned in original condition with tags attached and original packaging within 30 days of receiving the goods. All goods will be inspected on return.

Who is responsible for the cost of returning the goods?
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Please ensure returns are made via registered post as any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We do not accept responsibility for lost items. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

What if my order is faulty?
We want all our customers to ensure they receive quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please ensure you let us know within 7 business days of receipt by contacting Customer Service.

You will be responsible for returning the item to the below address within 30 days of receipt.

Will I be entitled to a refund or exchange?
You will be entitled to a refund or exchange if your order:
- Has a manufacturers defect
- Does not do what it is supposed to do or does not perform as described on the website.
- Does not match the description or sample seen on the website

You will not be entitled to an exchange or refund if you:

  • Are responsible for the fault/defect
  • Were advised of the fault/default at the time of purchase
  • Discover that the item can be purchased cheaper elsewhere
  • The item was a free promotional item
  • The items were clearly marked "On Special"
  • If the item was not received by Coopers Brewery within 30 days of receipt.


When will my refund or exchange be made?
Your exchange or refund will be made within 100 days from date of purchase.

Can I cancel my order?
If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

What if the order I receive is incorrect?
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please first check the order confirmation that was emailed to you upon purchase and the delivery note you received with your order to confirm you ordered the correct item and then contact Customer Service (1300 304 938) immediately.

Will my order ever be delayed?
Whilst we have measures in place to ensure stock levels are up to date at all times, sometimes we may not have everything you've ordered in stock or there may be a delay in receiving this stock. In this instance we will contact you to advise. Refund, exchange or waiting options will be raised at the time of contacting you.
