Delivery
The delivery times provided by Store.coopers.com.au are estimates only. Store.coopers.com.au will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.
Store.coopers.com.au cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. We reserve the right to charge administration and re-shipping fees associated with cancelling and reshipping orders.
To track your delivery please visit the Australia Post Tracking site and enter the tracking code on your email receipt.
Fragile goods will be sent at the purchasers own risk. Coopers Store will take no responsibility for breakages made during postage.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a card will be left in your mailbox. This card will advise the next steps required to obtain delivery of your order.
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. If we are in stock of your items at time of picking, we aim to despatch your order within 2 business days (excluding public holidays) i.e. if you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will be despatched the following Monday or Tuesday. If Monday is a public holiday your order will be despatched on Tuesday or Wednesday.
We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
Each order may only be sent to one delivery address.
Acceptance of the Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
Change of Address
Store.coopers.com.au cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. We reserve the right to charge administration and re-shipping fees associated with cancelling and re-shipping orders.
Please ensure you confirm your address at ‘Confirm and Pay’ page in the checkout section of the site. Should you need to change your address after submitting your order, please contact Customer Service immediately at store@coopers.com.au or phone 1300 304 938 (Customer Service operates Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm excluding public holidays).
Attempts will be made to update any incorrect order details, however, due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, if your order has been despatched it cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order has been despatched and cannot be updated, your order will be cancelled and returned to the warehouse and re-shipped.
International Customs
If you reside in the USA or Canada you may prefer to order from the local Coopers DIY Beer agents - Cascadia Importers at www.makebeer.net. Store.coopers.com.au is not liable for any losses or damages caused by any third party supplier websites.
Due to customs regulations we are not permitted to ship any DIY Beer Products into Malaysia.
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Coopers do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Coopers will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Coopers will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
Pricing
Prices are current at the time of ordering. Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate.
Coopers Order Members - If you are an existing member of The Order of Coopers or you join The Order of Coopers upon check out you are entitled to 10% discount on your order total. The DIY Beer Recipe of the Month - Fruit Salad Ale Recipe Pack will incur no shipping fees. Free shipping offer is only available on the Fruit Salad Recipe pack to deliveries within Australia. Limited stock, offer available until recipe packs sold out. All other products will incur shipping fees even if they are purchased in the same transaction as the Recipe Pack.
Returns, Refunds & Exchange
You can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item or exchange. We will happily exchange or refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them if:
- The goods are returned in as new condition with tags attached and original packaging within 30 days of receiving the goods. All goods will be inspected on return.
- Have a manufacturers defect
- Do not do what they are supposed to do or do not perform as described on the website.
- Do not match the description or sample seen on the website
Special return offers apply to individuals only. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Please ensure returns are made via registered post as any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We do not accept responsibility for lost items.
